about a year ago i made a concrete planter. i never really felt the urge to post about it -except from a single instagram post- since i seem to keep buying more plants & cacti i had to make another one last week. and so i did! after finishing the second one i realized i really love the aesthetics of my selfmade planters, and therefore i decided to share them with you. along with my ehr.. 'babies' who look absolutely adorable in their jam jar's!

yesterday i did a bit of diy-ing! and i'm pretty happy with the result! i'm already thinking of applying this to sweater & jackets. it's really easy to make this. all you need is a basic tee, scissors (and a sewing machine with double jersey needle if you choose to sew).

basically all i did was cutting in both of the sleeves, i also did some sewing because i didn't want the jersey to roll up. which it will do when you only cut the fabric. not much, just a bit. the sewing makes two cuttings more like round holes. just cutting gives it a different look, just straight lines (and edges). both options look really nice, and since it's so easy to make i'd say; grab your scissors!

it sounds easy, but i took me a shit load of time! but it's absolutely worth the effort. i love the messy stripes on the preppy white blouse.

yesterday i went to a concert of johnny flynn my number one hero! (well actually my number one hero together with john lennon). i still got his autograph on my arm (haha noob). great concert here's a movie to get an impression of the night, he played all the songs without his band btw. love the acoustic feeling!

but i think i prefer the songs with his band.

last sunday me and my sister did another fashion show, instead of 5 outfits we showed 9 outfits. the show was rather unusual, because we didn't walked on a normal catwalk/stage (like we used to do). but on a catwalk above the water. it's was very very very cold, and we did 3 shows that day... i'm actually having a terrible cold right now. well here are some pics to show the location.
